We provide 3 Course Types for  Standard First Aid & CPR:

Standard First Aid & CPR Level C

2 Day, 16 Hour Course

Our Standard First Aid course on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) provides the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies.

 

Courses meet legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards, and include the latest CPR guidelines and training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).

Standard First Aid & CPR Level C Renewal 

 1 Day, 8 Hour Course

Standard First Aid Renewal is a 1-day course intended for people whose current Standard First Aid CPR Level C card is nearing expiry. Recertification only applies one time.

Our Standard First Aid course on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) provides the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies.

 

Courses meet legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards, and include the latest CPR guidelines and training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).

 

Individuals in possession of an existing recertification certificate are required to take the full Standard First Aid Level C course.

Pre-requisites:

  • Current Canadian Red Cross Standard First Aid  Level C Certification

Standard First Aid & CPR Level C Blended

 2-6 Hour Online, 8 Hour in-class Course

Blended learning is a combination of in-class, face-to-face instruction with online instruction. In the case of Red Cross First Aid & CPR Level C courses, a self-paced, online session is completed first, followed by an in-class skills session with a Red Cross First Aid Instructor.
